Absolutely Lifesaver on the 4th of July!…read more I am on a long road trip with my family in our 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander when our dashboard suddenly lit up with a bunch of serious malfunction errors, and the car lost driving power. It was incredibly stressful, especially since it happened right before the holiday weekend when almost every other repair shop was completely closed. I pulled into this Steve's Shell Service Center, and Steve stepped up to help us. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and calm. He is extremely knowledgeable about modern vehicle electronics and took the time to listen to what happened, scan the vehicle's computer codes, and explain exactly what was causing the glitch. He cleared the error codes for us completely for free so we could get back on the road safely and finish our holiday trip. After a long test drive, the car is running perfectly normal again and all the dashboard lights are gone. Steve didn't just fix our car's electronic glitch; he saved our entire holiday weekend.
