Last my check engine light came on and and the speedometer went all wonky and every shop I took it to told me it was probably the transmission out and they I should just scrap the car. Finally brought it back here and they found out it was a simple issue with a sensor that was quick and cheap to fix. Was able to keep the car for a long time running well since then with no transmission issues. Have also had an alternator replaced and had some electrical issues fixed. Pricing is always reasonable, the mechanics are kind and willing to walk me through what they are doing as well. The only time they ever made a mistake, I brought it back immediately and they kept working on it, free of charge, until they got to the root of the problem. Kind, straightforward, helpful folks.

My engine light, oil light, and electronic throttle control light all came on and the car wouldn't turn over. We had the Jeep towed to Gary's in Cedar City. In the morning we got a call that the Jeep was good to be picked up. The mechanics laughed at me and told me that I was just out of gas. He said he put $10 of gas in it and that it was running perfectly. I told him that I know for a fact that my Jeep wasn't out of gas and that wasn't the issue. They insisted it was. My step-dad walked out, popped the hood of my Jeep and the first thing he saw was that cables were disconnected and the box that holds my air filter was completely open and my air filter was all crumpled up. These mechanics hadn't even popped my hood despite me being adamant about the fact that I wasn't out of gas. Turns out that Jiffy Lube didn't put my car back together after servicing it before my road trip. The car issues were Jiffy Lube's fault, but the mechanics at Gary's were a complete joke and totally rude. What kind of mechanic doesn't even pop your hood? Do not waste your time or money at this place.

Tony spoke with other colleagues and provided us with names and phone numbers of 2 local businesses that could help us. Fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help customers. However, the tire dressing NEVER gets all 4 tires, and usually just 1-2 tires get the dressing. The wash was never great. Never came out clean and always had dirt or streaks left on the cars and my truck. I went touchless to save the swirl marks from the paint. Then I recently went back for ONE wash, as my truck was super dirty. I paid for the wash, then was magically charged for a membership again. The worse part was the Customer Care department did not perform proper research, then telling me that I need to cancel my membership 10-days prior to the next month. I did that......3 months ago. I emailed them the account transactions which shows the cancelation I made back in July. They did refund me, with a warning.....for an error they made. The good part, the service attendants at the location are always pleasant and professional! Too bad the back-office support and their software portal doesn't perform properly and causes customer satisfaction to drop through the floor; then you have to defend what "THEY" didn't catch. I would not recommend this place.
