Buns are comparable.). I would get Culver's Crispy Chicken sandwich again. Attention is needed to the upkeep of the interior of the restaurant. Didn't see much table cleaning going on; just food deliveries to tables and the workers vanished back to the counter area. Next time we go I'll look to see if any of the staff is over 20. It always feels like there's a lot of staff standing around showing limited interest in the customers and no management in the building. The table number placard we received was grimy (see picture) so an unpleasant thought occurred to me as to what the kitchen looks like beyond the pass through window area.... I can't be the only person to notice the gunk on the #14 table placard. Yet no one seems to think to wipe it off. I didn't think adding a note would do it either since the meal is totaled up and charged when placing the order. Could I have selected "extra meat" and put in the notes to add roast beef? Who knows. Got the sandwiches home and I'm not thrilled with the excessive cornmeal from baking on the bottom of the roll (messy). Also the hot pepper relish That sounded interesting wasn't actually hot in any way and really had no flavor. Maybe my tastebuds were boycotting this other sandwich shop or were really just set on the JJ's flavor profiles and Mike's fell short. I learned that the red wine vinegar just makes the bread soggy in spots after an 8 minute return ride home so I attempted to use the notes section on the app (I think I saw) to have it placed on the side we might have had a better experience.
