I was dreading driving back home, however, due to traffic, but (shrug). I turn the key in the car. Nothing happens. I turn it again, LOL, in disbelief. Ended up watching a series of incredible neighborhood shows in my beach chair in the front yard, LOL. Traffic worries unfounded; truly divine intervention. So I need to get the car to the mechanic the next day. Loved the reviews here on Yelp and loved Tim's website. I just had a good feeling about Tim's so I give a call, she texts me a link and says it's 30 minutes from the time I pay. HE ARRIVED IN 10 MINUTES. I wasn't even dressed yet, LOL! So I quickly get dressed while he loads up the car. It was fun climbing in to the truck and riding around so high up in the air. The driver is so nice, so engaging, easy and fun to talk to, and just very cool! And when we got to the mechanic, he took off his sunglasses and I realized he has BEAUTIFUL EYES. When my car was towed and I called Sapps in Port Wentworth to chat about what their business hours…read moreare in order for me to come pick up my vehicle, I had a VERY rude woman answer the phone who said her name was Patty, she hung up on me simply for asking why they close at 4pm. When I called back and asked for her name she was nasty again. She was needlessly rude and had a nasty attitude. She also told me the line was recorded so if you're her manager reading this, maybe you can listen for yourself how awful she is to your customers. However, when I went to pick up my car I was told it was being kept at the Richmond Hill lot, and when I arrived there, I had a totally opposite experience with MIKE the employee who was at that location! He was above and beyond friendly and kind and professional - answering any questions I had with knowledge and class, unlike Patty. It's rare to find a tow yard employee with THAT much professionalism and friendliness. If I were Sapps I would promote MIKE Petersen! Only giving 2 stars because of Patty, would give 5 if it were just about Mike.

Where to begin! We were traveling through the state on 95 when our SUV pulling a trailer broke…read moredown. It was a Saturday afternoon and repair shops were closed except Cano's which was closing soon. I reached out to Cano and explained the situation and he said he'd stay open and wait for us once we got a tow truck. Not only did he stay open later, he found us an alternator (and topped our oil), and got us back on the road in about an hour or so. Not only that but his price was incredibly fair considering the lengths he was going to. He certainly represents the fine folks of South Carolina well. We couldn't recommend or thank him enough!
