I pointed out the wires hanging and they were just tucked back in by hand. Just to fall out when I drove off. So based on that I went supermarket shopping only to learn that the trunk won't close that was rear ended. So the car then needed to be towed back here. Communication was not the best and I would call to get information constantly. Since parts had to be ordered and the car was a year old the process took seven weeks. All the while no communication and they have my vehicle sitting outside in the back of the building. When it was ready they called and I left my rental there to get picked up. Only to later find out the trunk still did not close. So I have to bring it back and they said it will be awhile. Well since I no longer had a rental I had to wait. Thankfully it was only a couple hours not a half a day. The accident was bad but this place doing the repair just added to my pain and aggravation. The only positive is they worked with the insurance company to get paid.

The called ahead of the date, and after I delivered the car they were prompt, thorough, and while the car was there called me twice to give me updates. Their work was outstanding and they definitely had my best interests in mind when figuring out what to do and how to do it. I would absolutely go back there for any other work I needed done, ( hopefully never).

I had made an appointment because my "Check Engine Soon" light had come on, in addition to needing an oil change and a repair having to do with an issue with my windshield washer fluid not dispensing when the reservoir was full. The repairs were completed within the time frame they promised, and the car ran beautifully once on the road. I love the very detailed scope of work with fees that they provided, in addition to receiving an email a few days later with a link to their website where I could schedule a future appointment and even see a history of all the work that had been done on my car. That last feature I really appreciate and relieves me of the necessity of having to search through my auto records to see what work had been done in the past and what still needed to be done in the future.
