Picked my husband and I up courtesy of Enterprise via AAA. Driver's name was Howard and he had a good ole 6 speed International tow truck. He was courteous and intelligent and a good driver too. Once he got us and the rental car to the nearest Enterprise, he expertly and professionally dealt with the much less expert and professional Enterprise employees in Midway/ Hillsville, GA. Justin was the manager, although I did not interact or see him personally. I did, however, interact with of the other employees, both over the phone and on site. They really were annoying to Howard and didn't know what to do with the disabled vehicle and wasted about 45 minutes of his time. However, he was nothing but polite and efficient in his responses. I was genuinely impressed with Howard. He even had to jump the car again just to get the trunk to open cuz there's no key holes on 2015 Impalas. If Howard had not been our driver, I probably would have been on the news that evening. He did a super job despite the pesky, half-hearted crew of Enterprise. Well done, All Towing, Inc. Howard deserves a raise and his truck is a beast. read more
