From last‑minute printing needs to same‑day delivery runs, they handled everything with speed, accuracy, and a level of professionalism that made our workdays infinitely smoother. They even took care of secure shredding, which was a huge relief given the sensitive materials we were handling. It's rare to find a team that's this responsive, reliable, and genuinely committed to great service. They were a true lifesaver throughout the trip, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Special shout‑out to Vann--thank you!

When we drove to pick it up, she called Reynolds Brothers and said our ETA would be a few minutes after their 5:00 closing on a Friday afternoon. No problem, she was assured they'd stay late so we could pick up the job. Sure enough, she walked out at 5:10 pm with a beautiful, perfect sign! I'm very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. Many thanks for helping out my daughter!

This company does not stand behind their work. I took 22 cups for engraving and 3 of them were…read moredamaged. They didn't inform me. I found out when I got home and started unboxing them. I reached out by text to the number I had been corresponding with to see if they could fix the cups or refund for the 3 that were damaged with no response. I paid with Venmo so I requested $45 be paid back to me and that request was denied by Becca Oldham. (I'm assuming she is the owner) Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. It's really unfortunate that people don't honor their work. I don't think I'm being unreasonable ...it's not like I'm asking for a full refund. Would not recommend anyone spend their hard earned money with Basin Laser.

I took my laptop in, it would not come on and I had already done a bit of work on it. I replaced battery, cords and finally motherboard. Still it would not work. They fixed up everything I had done, put a new lcd cable in it and low and behold my computer was working again. A few weeks later the motherboard started failing.( It was bought from someone else) They were so nice and called and told me within a couple of hours. I told them to replace it with their supplier and I would send the other back and get my money back. They said they could work with the company I used. I said no I trusted their source more. They got my board out and I sent it off, then they got the part in that day. Mike stayed late that day and put the new board in. They called me the next morning and my computer is faster and smoother running than ever! I found this company after reading reviews and the woman said they were so nice. I am so glad I decided to try them. They are not cheap, but they were affordable, and cheaper than office Depot which I have used and do not care for personally. They do charge labor, but were able to keep it under an hour including the the diagnostic, both times I used them. They called as soon as they know what is wrong with an estimate. The first time it was 40 within a day. Then with second time it was 95+shipping for the part. They were really wonderful and made my Christmas. I can not rave about these people enough.
