The staff on the phone were helpful to give me a rough quote of a re-manufacturer starter motor repair + towing the day before. I was notified that my serpentine belt also needed to be replaced - which it really did. Lots of cracks. I was given two prices: one price if I paid in cash or check. The other was a surcharge if I choose to pay in a card. It was same day repair - they towed it at 9am. They called at 10am to give a final quote / needed repair. By 1pm, I was told it was ready for pickup! Their lot is small so my car was waiting for me out on the road. Semi-high traffic area. Overall, I would use these guys again for auto repairs.

She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. I appreciate their honesty and the fact that they don't call me "sweetheart" when I walk in the door. I appreciate their recommendations like "If you're just driving around town, this will be fine, but if you're traveling out of state, you need this fixed," and "We could fix this now but it won't negatively affect your brakes and it would cost you a lot of money. Otherwise, we could fix it when you get your brakes replaced and you'll save on labor." (Paraphrased, but these are real things they've said that have been helpful.) It's clear to me that they care about their customers and value customer loyalty over a quick extra buck. Also love the free car wash tickets you get with an oil change.

I came here early in the morning and clearly explained that my truck was shaking, the steering…read morewheel was vibrating, and I wanted the wheels balanced, the front end checked, and a price for two new tires if they needed replacement. They inspected the truck and later quoted me approximately $425 for balancing and around $125 for an alignment. What really disappointed me was being charged about $223 for the inspection on top of that. I have no problem paying for an inspection if I only come in for a diagnosis and then decide to leave without having any work done. In that situation, charge me for your time. But I came here specifically to have the work done. I already told them that the truck was vibrating and needed balancing. After inspecting it, they basically confirmed what I had already told them and then wanted to charge me an inspection fee in addition to the actual work. If a customer agrees to have the repair done at your shop, I believe the inspection fee should be waived or credited toward the repair. Charging the inspection fee on top of the work in this situation does not seem fair to me. For comparison, a shop in Chicago quoted me about $1,145 for two new tires plus the related balancing/alignment work. I couldn't have it done there only because it was late, they were closing, and I had a load that I needed to deliver. The tire prices here were considerably higher as well. I am a truck driver. My truck is how I make my living, and every hour of downtime costs me money. I have no problem paying a fair price for professional work, but I strongly disagree with this pricing practice. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. One star.
