They then set a date for the work to be done and came when they said they would. Very pleased with the job they did no mess, no damage to our lawn, and the chimney looks great. Very friendly and professional staff would recommend them to anyone. One of the guys even took the time to clean out our gutters when he noticed they were full of water. They have done a decent job for us in the past, put up a fence, transplanted peonies, all good. But…read morethis past spring we hired them to put in some arborvitae on our property line (along with some other work). All were planted at the same time, we have treated them all exactly the same. But one is dying, it is brown, and it needs to be replaced. When we told them about it, they said they don't guarantee the plants, and would not replace it. What gets me is that every plant place I have ever bought anything from guarantees their plants, I don't know if they were just too lazy to follow through or what. For the prices they charge, things should be perfect. If they won't guarantee their product, I will not hire them again.
