They've been around since 1886, and you can feel that long-standing pride and tradition the moment you walk in. Most of their produce is locally grown, which makes everything taste so fresh and flavorful -- except for the mangoes and kiwis, which they source elsewhere. The fruits, jams, vegetables, and snacks are beautifully displayed and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and always willing to help if you're looking for something specific. The store is small and easy to navigate, and clearly run with care. It's the kind of place that makes you feel good about supporting local farmers while getting great quality at the same time.
