I didn't feel that she really listened to what I was calling about, but I felt she promoted a 'lofty' attitude and talked over me. I feel that she would not be a good lawyer if she can't listen to the question without interruption or empathy.

Still waiting for Dave to return the $500 he overcharged on a Generac home generator. It's been two…read moreyears. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.

Very unprofessional, they did my taxes and when I left they told me I had a $2,700 refund coming…read moreafter entering all my info. They called the next week and said my taxes were ready to pick up. I drove the hour round trip and when I got to the office there front office person said my refund was roughly $900. In addition they charged me double from the year before because they bill by the form and they had to fill out a couple more this year. I asked to talk with someone to get an explanation and they didn't have anyone available. My issue is that I would have expected a courtesy call from the tax prep person before I came to pick them up explaining the $1,800 dollar difference and it would have been appropriate to also let me know they were going to double my bill for preparation. I will not use again, they are not worth the drive.........and I will not recommend.
