We had heard wonderful things about Dave from friends, whose home is spectacular, and decided to contact Dave. Dave really listened to us and asked questions that clearly showed he was paying attention to our needs. He took our very abstract idea for our home and proposed inventive design solutions that we would never have imagined. Throughout the design and construction process Dave was extremely responsive, delivering drawings when promised and holding true to his commitments to us. More importantly he was respectful of our questions and immediately addressed any concerns that we might have had. Dave was always mindful of our limited budget, balancing our wish list against what the budget would allow. What seemed like such a daunting experience turned out to be quite wonderful thanks to Dave's extensive knowledge of architecture and design, his professionalism, and the ease of which it is to work with him. Thank you Dave for our lovely new home!

We have been working with Annie for 6 months and she has always been reliable, on-time, and provided excellent quality house cleaning. Annie is personable, trustworthy and goes above and beyond to serve her clients. She even stepped in, when I found myself in a pinch, to provide temporary (care) services for my family while we secured a longtime solution. Although outside of her typical business service, this reflects how willing Annie is to do whatever is needed to bring value to her client's lives. It also reflects how trustworthy and more than capable she is in her work ethic. You don't just ask 'anyone' to provide care for a parent. And I did not hesitate to ask. Get on Bayside Improvement's schedule for cleaning and house/property maintenance, now. It will be one of the best investments you can make for your home and you will be in excellent, trusted hands. Ps. I was not paid for this review. This is from my experience and heart.

Still waiting for Dave to return the $500 he overcharged on a Generac home generator. It's been two…read moreyears. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.
