Many of their services done on my 46' Cheer men trawler were done well. AND I PAID WELL. In good…read morewill I let them haul my dingy back to their shop for a motor repair, then it was sent to another vendor for repair to the left air tube. The entire boat season passed and no dingy, I purchased Bull Frog since it seemed fruitless. 2nd season, he advised I am storing your dingy for 100.00 per month. I asked him to drop it at my dock since I don't live there and my wife sustained a critical injury to her leg. He said no! I don't have a way to get the Dingy to Blane. I sent him the title and bill of sale and I paid for all repairs $ 460.00. After this ordeal his true colors came through.$ 950.00 to change rings on two Raycor filters. It was negotiated out and my trust of B. H. Is gone. When it's over it's over. He asked me to take my remarks down but I get something is not right here. Look below for my other review. Ask for a cost assessment and see if you get it?

They sold me the wrong trailer and disappeared--don't make my mistake…read more Tuff Trailer sold me the wrong trailer for my 18'6" Seaswirl Striper and couldn't care less once they got my money. I gave them exact measurements, yet ended up with an oversized, cheap "budget model" I never asked for, impossible to adjust for safe towing. They ignored multiple emails, failed to size the trailer properly, and clearly only care about making a sale. Avoid this company at all costs.

Summary: Terrible job on initial adjustment, the axle is permanently mounted too far back, cheap…read moreparts, and poor warranty support on a 7 month old trailer. Tuff trailer expects customers pay for shipping and to buy additional parts to make warranty repairs. Details below: I picked up my new TSA5000T about 7 months ago to find it adjusted for a drastically different boat. I have a very common boat, so I was disappointed that they didn't make a better effort. The axles are too far back, so it was impossible to get the tongue weight within their recommendations without the boat overhanging the back of the trailer. They did send me longer bunks for that issue, but that is more of workaround than a resolution. I suspect that they use cheap components because 2 of the 3 tail lights have already failed and the lug nuts started rusting about a week after the first splash in salt water followed by an immediate thorough fresh water rinse. They haven't addressed the lug nuts at all, but I'm sure I'll end up buying new lug nuts for my 7 month old Tuff trailer. They wanted to charge me shipping for the replacement lights, but I bucked enough to get out of that this time. Apparently Tuff Trailer believes that most customer are happy to pay for shipping on warrantied parts that fail shortly after taking possession of the trailer. Upon receiving the replacement lights, I discovered that the delivery was missing parts required for installation. It took almost a week and multiple attempts to get in touch with them, but when I contacted them about the missing parts, instead of just sending them out like any reasonable organization would do, they told me I could make the 700 mile round trip to Tuff Trailer or the 120 mile round trip to my nearest dealer (probably once for drop off and another for pickup). The only alternative they offered to buying parts myself and providing feel labor for a warranty repair on my trailer would be to drive a minimum of 240 miles towing my boat and trailer 1/2 of that distance.
