They then failed in identifying and communicating the need for a Critical Area Permit, wasting months of time trying to get our building permit. They were multiple mistakes on the architectural plans, which we realized when the construction finally started. The foundation plan did not match the framing plan, and the roofing plan did not match the design plan. The were unresponsive to emails and phone calls and disrespected me as their customer. In retrospect, any other choice would have been better than hiring these designers.
