We trusted this company to properly prepare our home for a guest stay. They arrived at 8:30am, but the scheduled cleaning time was set for 11am or later. We were still home and packing when they arrived which created some extra stress for us (and our loud, protective dog). We then met them outside on our porch and when we tried to communicate with them, they did not speak fluent English, so that was another stress point. After their initial cleaning, when we returned home from our trip, (and the scheduled cleaning to take place before our return had been cancelled!), we discovered that the cleaners had encased all our (heavy) mattresses in the new duvet covers (set out for them in the original packaging). Not only is this bizarre and unprofessional, we had already encased all our mattresses in brand new, zippered mattress covers! So, we had to wash all our comforters because they never had the duvets covers put on them. To make matters worse, our good kitchen scissors from our knife block are missing! (We checked with our two guests who said they do not have them.) Not sure who (mistakenly?) took them, but this experience has been frustrating.
