United Airlines grounded all 737's, due to problems with their manufacturing. Holly informed me that she was going to charge me half the cleaning fee for the late cancellation, even though it was completely out of my control. She pressured me and due to her threat, I was able to get my niece to allow her workers access to my home in my absence. She had to take time off from work to do this and lives across town in Bellingham. Because I was satisfied with the cleaning service up to this point, I elected to not press this further. A month and a half ago I informed her that I would no longer be needing monthly cleanings as my children are no longer living at home. I left Holly a text message in this regard and texting was the means we communicated. Her workers showed up anyway on what would have been my schedule cleaning day. I informed them of the above and they left with an apology. To my surprise, I was instructed to provide evidence that I had indeed canceled the monthly service. Proof was provided! Yesterday I received a bill for $50 for canceling their service. This absolutely made me livid and prompted this negative review. Proof was once again provided. This evidence was attached to her statement charging me $50 for the late cancellation. She has been informed that I have no intention of paying this $50 fee, via return mail along with an additional copy of the text message, requested that cleanings would be done on an as needed basis. Needless to say, I wont be using "Maid for You" services again.
