Given this, my expectations have been pretty low that I would ever find someone I could truly trust. I was so relieved and delighted to find Ms. Glass who wonderfully exceeded all my highest expectations. My first impression upon meeting her is that she is empathetic, caring and kind, and she listens well. My subsequent impressions were that she is very competent, and I base this in part on her explanations and my past knowledge of this area. Further, she is very informative, helpful and follows through with needed information. She is very responsive. She is just great! I feel confident in her recommendations.
