Typically the funerals I go to have 2-3 people from the funeral home to drive the hearse and limo and to move the body in and out of the church. Most of these people are dressed nice but I can't help but notice they do what I would consider the bare minimum when it comes to service. Minimal work on an anouncement, no real participation during the service, etc. Watching Dyer work at Mrs. Tinsley's service was an eye opener. They had a minimum of 6-7 sharply dressed people working the service, being ushers, setting up the reception afterwards, shoot they even had an organist and singer there. The music was superb, the folks working were solemn but warm, and the whole thing ran clockwork smooth. The funeral home presented the family with a very nice plaque testimonial as well. I know the Tinsley's are not folks of means so I am sure they couldn't spend a whole lot but they sure got their money's worth with Dyer and Dyer did very well by them. If you are in Tulsa and in need of funeral services this would be a place I would call. Don't be put off by the north side address, great service is great service no matter the location.

He and his team walked us through everything we needed to do, and he was very respectful and pleasant to work with, never pushy. Stan took care of everything, from the VA benefits to the obituary to tracking flower deliveries the day of, and the service was beautiful. Much to my grandmother's delight, Stan even came to the dinner reception afterwards on his own time. I know she is relieved that Grandfather was well cared for, and that Stanleys will do the same for her someday. Highly recommended.

My dad passed away very unexpectedly and we had two hours to decide how we wanted to move forward…read more We chose Bixby-South to handle funeral arrangements and cannot recommend them highly enough. Chris, Carley, JJ, Shirley and the rest of the team have been absolutely incredible every step of the way. We interacted with Chris and JJ the most. Chris was the calm in the eye of a massive hurricane of difficult emotions. JJ was so earnest and clearly takes pride in his work. Here are the things that really stand out: 1.) My dad was cared for like he was a family member. From the moment my dad was moved from the hospital to the home, we felt like he was treated with the utmost care and respect. My dad was quite ill towards the end and we were hesitant about a viewing (for many reasons). Chris shared he had cared for my dad himself and that he looked very good. After much consideration we decided to view my dad. We were astounded by how much care was put into his appearance. He looked absolutely incredible and like we had time traveled back to the healthy, vibrant dad we knew. 2,) Our tired, grief stricken brains could barely make decisions and changed our minds frequently. Chris was so incredibly patient and accommodating. We never once felt like our decision changes were a burden. Chris gently guided our decision making process with helpful suggestions and the Bixby-South team happily accommodated when we changed our plans. Chris also made a suggestion for a burial location that perfectly fit my dad. 3.) We felt like Chris and team really "got" my dad. They asked great questions to understand who my dad was a person. We shared that my dad loved golf and didn't think too much of it. When we arrived at the visitation we were blown away by the level of care and attention to detail to create a themed room that truly captured everything my dad loved. It made our celebration of life so happy and upbeat despite the difficult circumstances. 4.) Communication was also very easy. We appreciated the kind, gentle follow-up decisions and details. There is so much to do in these circumstances in such a short window of time. We appreciated the team's communicativeness and follow-up. A few email threads were lost somehow on a few decision but the team called or sent a text to keep things moving. 5.) Our service was seamless with every detail perfectly orchestrated and coordinated between the Bixby-South team and church. Sending so much gratitude to Chris, Carley, JJ, and team. We can't thank you enough. Thank you for bringing so much peace and joy to this very difficult time.

They were able to send an inspector (Jeremy) that same day, who was able to tell me my options and even equip me with tips on what to do in the meantime. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from everyone that I talked to, from Jeremy to the woman in the office (Nadine?) The entire team was professional, helpful, comforting, and informative. I would highly recommend Arrow Exterminator to anyone who finds themselves in need of pest control. Hopefully we won't need them any time soon, but in the case that we ever need such services again, Arrow will definitely have our business because of the stellar experience we've already had with them.

I want to start off by saying I would rather not post anything negatively if I could, but this…read morerecent experience was so unprofessional. I would give zero stars if possible which I rarely give negative ratings. My experience with their front desk was terrible and toxic. I called to inquire about what specific treatments were done on a property I just bought from a friend. I had just hung up from a phone conversation with my friend who told me that he did not know what treatment was done on the house but that Arrow would know. When I called, the lady who answered was focused more on the issue of renewal vs creating a new contract than on answering my question about previous specific treatments. When I asked her again about previous treatments, she told me it was "general pest control" that was last done, but could not explain to me what that entailed or what had really been done. She told me she would transfer me to someone else. The new supervisor lady I got on the line began to talk over me every time I began to gently ask the question about what specific previous treatments were done on the house. She kept talking about the importance of setting up a new account and that I was not allowed to renew services that my friend had for the last few years. I did not ask her that question or for that information. She was more focused on money than what I was trying to hire this company to do...which was to deal with a mouse problem. I tried to redirect the conversation and explained to her that I tried to ask the lady earlier about "general pest control" and was wanting to get specifics. Then I was told I would be transferred. The older lady then blatantly mocked me on the phone, spitefully laughed, and told me "You weren't 'TRANSFERRED' to me. I'm sitting right next to her'" (referring to the earlier lady I spoke to). I ignored this behavior and then repeatedly asked about the specific treatments used and she rebuffed each question and refused to answer. Being a pest control company, I wanted to know if services covered mice specifically and what they would do...which I never even got an answer for. It could be as vague as...."we set out mouse traps/ bait"...for example. I did not mind, but I needed to know what services were covered in what I'd eventually be paying good money for. I did not even ask them for a quote because I knew someone needed to look first. This was a general inquiry, which couldn't even be answered by them. She then told me to call my friend to ask about the treatments on the house even though I told her repeatedly that my friend did not know. In their google response to another customer complaint below, they literally stated what treatments were done in the public retort. Yet, they refused to tell me privately over the phone about previous treatments on the property that I own? Companies keep records of what services were done. They even had their computer pulled up to view this information that the first lady had told me about. When it became apparent the supervisor lady was trying her best not to be helpful and mocking me repeatedly on the phone, I hung up. From previous google review of the company, it seems like they used to be a good extermination company but were bought out recently. After experiencing their customer service and how focused they were on the money they'd charge me versus actually trying to help me come up with a treatment plan with exterminating mice...I'd say this is a waste of money. Just like hiring employees for a job, I'd rather hire the person that can tell me what they'd do to perform and meet the goal rather than the person holding out their hand demanding a paycheck before their first day of work! This gives you a glimpse of what you would be dealing with in the future when using them or should any issues arise with their service. Here is a link from the BBB detailing their customer service within the last year or so. Aligns with my experience with them: https://www.bbb.org/us/ok/broken-arrow/profile/pest-control/arrow-exterminators-inc-1025-18183722/complaints
