Every staff member I met was friendly, kind, and full of good energy--especially comforting during the surgery when I felt some apprehension. The follow-up visit was just as thoughtful and easy. I needed a chipped front tooth repaired, and I chose Dr. Thomas based on all the glowing Yelp reviews. After my consultation, I made an appointment for 3 weeks out ( he's a popular guy). They had a cancellation, called me , and I was in within a week. He took his time, first matching the color, then a little gentle "sandpapering", and then the artwork. Dr. Thomas is truly a caring and talented Dentist! I needed a molar extracted and he was able to get me in within 24 hours. Every aspect of his service, from the moment I walked in was exceptional. He made sure the Novacaine was working and removed the tooth without any discomfort. His assistants and entire staff are equally competent and very helpful. They followed up with a phone call later that day to make sure I wasn't having any problems. My gums healed so quickly that I called and cancelled my follow-up visit. We were on vacation on Maui when my husband's crown broke off. I went on Yelp and looked for the closest and highest rated (at least on Yelp) dentist. We walked in during their lunch hour (without notice) and everyone we talked to was so nice and helpful. They asked us if we could come back in an hour which we did. The doctor advised us of our options and we elected to wait to get it addressed once we got home as it would be a multi-appointment procedure. We were relieved to learn it wasn't serious and would not impact the rest of our trip. Though there was a charge for the visit it was certainly fair; NO gouging here. When we got home, our DDS recommended the EXACT some process. So thank you to the entire office (shout out to Rochelle!) for being especially kind to us, helping us and NOT taking advantage of us.
