I was not charged for the consultation (+) and advised as to what I might want to try. I returned in September having not worn my top retainer for about 3-4 months. I was thinking I would have to have braces again and at my age I didn't want wire ,I wanted Invisaligns. This would have cost around $1600. Dr. Browne assured me that I wouldn't need to get braced up again and that my teeth had not lost much alignment. Whew! Instead, I paid for an impression for a new top retainer and I picked up in 2 days! I couldn't believe the short turn around time. BUT WAIT there's more! My bottom retainer had a rough edge on it. Dr. Browne clipped and smoothed it off and it was as good as new. No charge! (+) I am most appreciative to Dr. Browne's HONESTY. No one tried to upsell me or get me to buy products I didn't really need. I'm grateful to the efficiency of the staff and getting the work done in such a timely manner. They are trying to charge me for my sons cleaning from over a year ago or more saying I didn't provide insurance info. My children have the same insurance and they got my daughters right but didn't enter my sons into their system. They sent me one bill and I called, got a voicemail and no return call. Went today, my son has a cavity and needs a filling but they won't allow me to schedule his filling appt without me paying the bill or making a payment towards the bill that I am NOT responsible for. Why would I provide one child's insurance and not the others on the same visit? That just wouldn't happen and makes no sense. Therefore, we will not be seeing Dr Norby again, which is sad bc he is a great dentist. Also, they refused to let me talk to Dr Norby, who owns the practice. That girl, who handled insurance and all, needs to own up to her mistake and get off her power trip! Since posting, I've come to find out I'm not the only one who has had issues with this same girl and same issues as well.
