StoneCreek Dental Care has been by far my favorite dentist office that I've ever experienced!! I…read morehad a small dental emergency(root canal) and without ever going there before (&with no insurance), they got me in very quickly! They were willing to except me that day, NEAR closing time!! The entire staff is always super friendly, it's a pleasure to talk to them on the phone & it's even nicer in person! I've been back a few times since then for the fillings, my cap and then my final crown today!(: She did a wonderful job matching the color (I smoke heavily & drink wayyy too much coffee so that's my fault lol), but she did an amazing job fitting in in as well! It's sitting comfortably & painlessly!(: Dr.Grimes saved my smile!!! I would recommend this place to anyone & I am making it my new regular one!!(:

This office does have billing issues by charging more than what the insurance says, they also show…read morediscrimination against certain people. My husband and I made appointments and I called 12 hours in advance to cancel then they told me that I didn't call even after showing them my call log. They also stated my husband came in late for an appointment which they have a 15 minute grace period he was 4 minutes late they tried to turn him away, they then stated that he missed several appointments which they charge for but he has a zero balance which clearly shows he hasn't been late. The service that has been shown to us is very appalling and it clearly shows discrimination. We are paying for a service, we are not asking for charity work and that's how we have been treated.

I hate to leave a bad review but I honestly don't want anyone to go through what I went through so…read morehere it goes: I saw Dr. Headley yesterday for a filling and the entire time, he and his assistant were saying "wow it looks so good, I can't even see the difference" and I honestly thought I was crazy when I looked in the mirror because the filling looked so bad to me. I thought that was just how it was supposed to look. I FaceTimed my dad who is also a dentist afterwards and he told me no, if I'm unhappy with it, I should get it fixed or he'll fix it for me next time I go home. I called back this morning to give them a chance to fix it and was told by Dr Headley himself that there is no other shade available, he would not be able to fix it, and I'd have to pay out of pocket for a specialty clinic that does not accept insurance and that this is the best shade match for me. I sought out a second opinion at the Hoover location and they were able to fit me in same day and fix it for free. I'm leaving the pictures below. I understand I was extra picky because it's my front teeth and it affects my smile and daily confidence but I think the difference is insane. I can't believe he didn't tell me to just go get a whiter shade and made me think it wasn't fixable.

I was not charged for the consultation (+) and advised as to what I might want to try. I returned in September having not worn my top retainer for about 3-4 months. I was thinking I would have to have braces again and at my age I didn't want wire ,I wanted Invisaligns. This would have cost around $1600. Dr. Browne assured me that I wouldn't need to get braced up again and that my teeth had not lost much alignment. Whew! Instead, I paid for an impression for a new top retainer and I picked up in 2 days! I couldn't believe the short turn around time. BUT WAIT there's more! My bottom retainer had a rough edge on it. Dr. Browne clipped and smoothed it off and it was as good as new. No charge! (+) I am most appreciative to Dr. Browne's HONESTY. No one tried to upsell me or get me to buy products I didn't really need. I'm grateful to the efficiency of the staff and getting the work done in such a timely manner. Kudos to this office and best wishes for your future.

The most important thing for me was that my daughter felt at ease with the doctor and that he answered all of her questions about the procedure. However, some of the non-medical staff, I wouldn't consider the best welcoming and friendly environment for parent(s) and teenager(s), just my opinion. When I went back to Inverness to get my crown, they told me that I was now an uninsured patient. They bumped up the cost to get the crown by 45%.
