I was referred here by a friend for my son. I was able to get a decently quick appointment…read morescheduled even though he was a new patient. Walking in I was immediately impressed by the facility. It was very clean and well kept. We were greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. I already had my paperwork ready and filled out so checking in couldn't have been easier. I want to say Megan(could be wrong), she was blonde and very sweet, mentioned she had a one year old daughter, she took us back and instantly came of as a nice and caring person and was very patient. Then Dr. Doll came in and the whole visit was way better then I expected. My son was awesome and very corporative, which always makes it easier and they both were so nice and patient with him. He was excited to get a token afterwards for doing so well. I thought that was an awesome thing they have set up in their clinic. Overall the whole experience was great and we will be repeated patients :)

When I walked in 3 minutes late they told me the appointment had been cancelled. They said I needed to be there 15 minutes ahead of time to check in which was NEVER relayed to me. They then said that it would be cancelled anyway because I showed up more then two minutes late. TWO MINUTES!? If that is the rule then it needs to be posted everywhere because it is absurd. We have been there numerous times and have never been told this rule. Now I have to find a new clinic who will see my sick daughter ASAP. Do not go here.
