Our son was only six weeks old when we first met Dr. Hobaugh and we have really enjoyed getting to know him over the last year. The whole PANC staff is excellent, but Dr. Hobaugh really stands out. He is smart, kind, great at what he does, and passionate about his work - my husband and I couldn't be happier with our choice of pediatrician! It can be so overwhelming to navigate the care of your first born and we feel very fortunate to have Dr. Hobaugh in our corner. We appreciate knowing that we can talk to someone day or night who is familiar with our child and his health - having 24-7 on-call staff a phone call away is invaluable. For the first six months of his life, I joked that Google was my son's third parent - Dr. Hobaugh's intelligent and practical approach is the antidote to anxious first time parents like us who tend to over-research everything. We appreciate his calm demeanor and how thorough he is both in his care of our son and in his answers to our many, many, many questions! He clearly stays up to date on the latest research in pediatric care, but tempers that with his professional experience - a great combination. Perhaps most special to me is how obvious his passion for children is - he can be measured and professional when talking with my husband and me (something we appreciate!), but he really lights up when interacting with our son. We've gone to the youth clinic for seven years now. Their providers are mostly wonderful and…read moreknowledgeable for the most part. The customer service, however has gone downhill. They no longer have a phone nurse triage line. If you want to be seen for a sick visit, you will not be able to get an appointment, so you need to go wait with the rest of Fort Collins for two hours at the urgent care. Their staff seems to be in pure survival and self protective mode ever since Covid, and seem to have forgotten polite customer service skills. We will keep going because we are still appreciative of the medical care that our children receive when they are able to be seen, but it's basically impossible to be seen if they are sick unless you wait at the urgent care, and be sure to set up an appointment for anything else several weeks to months in advance or you also won't get an appointment there. They switched up their online system and are no longer sending text reminders. If you show up to an appointment at the wrong location, even if you are early and could make it to the other location, they will cancel your appointment and you will have to wait several weeks to be able to get a new one unless you personally reach out to the provider and talk them into sneaking you in for an urgent matter Hopefully their management can get a hold of all their peripheral and customer service issues, because they have several unhappy customers. I looked on the website to try to find a management contact information so I can address my concerns directly, but I couldn't find anyone to email and unfortunately couldn't wait on the waiting time that I had to talk to somebody. So I'm posting a review here instead. Good overall on the medical care, but below average on the accessibility and customer service to get medical care. Hopefully they can get some good management in to troubleshoot all their issues so we can get back to what the Youth Clinic used to be!

Though we have multiple pediatric offices just five minutes from home, we gladly make the 25 minute drive because we know we're getting the best care. We had no access to the portal, no way of contacting the clinic or anyone on the billing side to ask why our secondary wasn't billed. we had to eat the cost because of the lack of care for patients since Dr Pham left. we loved Dr Pham! finding a caring doctor for your child is so rare! im so peeved that we had to spend money here to avoid collections. this should be a crime.
