Another patient mentioned that she thought it was filthy as well. With four people working behind the front desk, one would think that there would be attention to detail and front office cleanliness. It was overreaching for the receptionist to request my personal medical insurance information, which is not used for routine dental cleanings. When I took a few extra seconds to use a tissue to hold the electronic pen for a signature, I told her I just wanted to make sure that I did not pick up someone else's germs. She stated "we wipe it off every morning ", whereas she should've said "it is cleaned between EACH patient". The best part of my visit was that the dental hygienist Brittany M was fabulous, professional and thorough. I have photos of above (posted on Google) but didn't know how to include here.

It was a very expensive procedure and I am seeing a lot of other reviews saying how often patients are being told they need these extremely expensive procedures with little to no reasoning. I have been a patient for about 3 years, and recently things have gone extremely down hill. I would not recommend coming here. The front desk scheduling staff is incredibly difficult to work with - I am constantly met with confusing, rude, and apathetic interactions. I have struggled with TMJ my whole life, and per recommendation from Dr. Nassar I made the costly investment for Invisalign treatment. I felt during the initial discussion my questions weren't answered with assurance so I followed up and was able to meet with Dr. Nassar again who gave wishy-washy answers to my questions again. But after being in pain my whole life I decided to move forward with the treatment. The hygienist showed me the little fasteners that we're going to go on my teeth and on the model they were in the molars, and it was never explained to me that they would be on my front teeth. Surprise! Within the first week three of my fasteners fell off (I'm sure they're gonna say this is standard) and when I went back to get them on they're not even putting the other one back on because it's on a crown, and they couldn't clearly answer my question of what that means for my treatment if that fastener isn't there. Dr Nassar also had to file in between my teeth and now where it has been filed is a food pocket and extremely sensitive and upset gum. When I went back to get the fasteners on again and have them look at the issue with my gums the doctor didn't even come to see me or check on my gums. Ultimately I don't know what's going on in the office but it seems there is just constant miscommunication between Doctor and staff and between staff and schedulers, I am constantly being asked questions that should have clear answers if they just look in my chart or appointment notes. I cannot wait to be done with Invisalign so I can leave this practice.

I gave this clown one star because, he purposefully HURT ME!…read moreIt started one day in December, 2025. As a patient, I always try to take a little something for the "little people" in my doctor's/dentist's office. You know, chocolates around Valentine's Day, homemade cookies, and so on. One day, while sitting in the waiting room, Cown's wife came over to me and told me that the staff "appreciated me". I stood up and walked over to her and, giving her a shoulder hug (you know what that is, don't you? . . . standing next to her, I hugged her shoulders). Somehow, he saw this on video, maybe, or maybe one of his staff mentioned it to him. I don't know. What he did, however, was to etch, slowly and methodically, the back of an upper tooth. He did this after showing me a picture of a previous tooth he had already taken care of (which I *should have* caught, but didn't). After the third pass of etching I JUMPED out of his chair and left the office, muttering something about "psycho dentist", mainly because he mentioned "leaving his wife alone" just before I jumped from the chair. SO. If you're a guy, and you're not smart enought to stay away after reading this review, be DARNED SURE you do NOT speak with "Ellie". SHE is a sweet person and does not deserve this guy for a husband, but she will certainly talk with you, if you dare.

I requested that they bill the insurance for months and they billed them once with the wrong codes. When I cleared it up with the insurance company Brimhall refused to re-bill to correct their mistakes and cited office policy as the reason for not resubmitting to insurance. This makes no sense since they had already submitted a claim and just used the wrong code. I pleaded with them many times to please submit to the insurance a second time. They've only ever submitted to insurance once. At the time I had federal insurance and federal insurance covers everything. The insurance company even verified that Brimhall is in network. I told them I can't afford a $6000 bill, this is the reason why I have insurance. In response to that I got a call from a collections agency. They had turned me into collections because they refused to bill my insurance even though they billed the insurance incorrectly the first time. For those who are unaware, it is illegal to refuse to bill medical insurance when a doctor is in network. I will be reporting them to DORA and to the Colorado Medical Board for illegal billing practices.
