The quality is not there . 6 yrs ago I saw Dr Ney on an info commercial and decided to drive the hr over there to have this done.. my whole upper mouth. I spent almost 20,000 the year it took us to do this. I was assured the teeth/plate was virtually indestructible . However, about 4 yrs ago one of the teeth broke off. I took it back to the office and they fixed it for 200 dollars. About a yr ago, there was a clear film that started peeling off the gum. Then a few months ago, about 4 of the front teeth broke off all at once. I called the office and was told I could take it to another lab, which I tried to do that, but they told me they couldn't fix it. I called Dr Neys office back to let them know and was told if they had to redo it , it would be 2800 dollars. After paying almost 20,000, I could not pay anymore, especially because I had missed several months of work due to lung cancer. I wish a hundred times over, I had just put a little more money with it and went with Clear Choice because they stand behind their work.

I see Dr. Reid Chaney. He is professional, talented, and actually has a sense of humor. He personally called me on my cell phone to check on me the last time I had two fillings repaired. Donna M. has been my hygienist for many year. I actually look forward to my dental visits because of the staff. The most adorable staff member is Adkins. Adkins is a yellow lab Facility dog there to reduce anxiety for the dental patients. She is amazingly well behaved. She is sweet and gentle. You are asked if you are okay with Adkins before being introduced in case of allergies or aversion to dogs. Adkins makes my day. I am happy to be a patient at this office. I highly recommend it.

We chatted and I asked for a quote for some dental work. Dr Osborn was honest and upfront but not at all pushy. He answered all my questions and never felt rushed. When checking out they told me to call with any questions as they did not expect me to make a decision on the spot. I am at the dentist today because I lost a crown. I called after hours Friday. They returned my call Monday morning and I am sitting here at 0900. How is that for service. I was quite impressed with them prioritizing my dental issue. Dr Osborn is the dentist at Harrisburg Dental and he was amazing. He was able to give me my treatment options, allow me to decide, then proceed with the plan. They keep referring me to another location much further away from my house. You can never keep the same dentist and it makes it even moire difficult to reschedule an appointment if you request to a dentist you prefer. Dr Massari and her dental assistant go through a little skit of sorts when they have to numb a child's mouth. It definitely helps them get through the fear of the shot. A day or two after any large procedure Dr Massari herself calls her patients and checks on them. Amazing! And greatly appreciated. I posted a picture of the tree room. They have other rooms such as a kite room, a beach room, etc. each room has such personality. Between the front desk, the dental hygienists, and the dental assistant; the entire staff are terrific.
