They walked us through my son's orthodontia plan, set up a payment plan that worked for us, and were always helpful with appointments. Most of all, his orthodontia was completed in the timeframe that Dr. Saylor had promised us, as well as no additional last-minute issues. Don't even know where to begin. Treatment started out fine, but towards the end the doctor was…read moreextremely rude and condescending and when I voiced my concerns a few times he even said "who's the orthodontist here?" For spending six grand on treatment and even referring other patients, I expected to be treated a bit better. I did Invisalign for my treatment and there were even instances where "buttons" were placed incorrectly and I couldn't fit my aligners over certain teeth despite being checked. The doctor does not talk you through what's going on. He decided he was going to reshape my teeth without giving me any notice that he was doing it right then and there even though I had previously told him I wasn't sure I wanted to go through with it. Now I have one tooth with one side filed down thanks to him. He ended up telling me he thought I was done with my treatment but I think I probably could've used a few more refinements. It was my fault for not examining my teeth more carefully. Let's just say I've now chosen to go through treatment a second time with a completely different ortho because I'm not satisfied with how my initial treatment turned out. Unfortunate, but I wish I would've done things differently in hindsight.

Her care borders on malpractice--painful procedures, careless handling, and a shocking lack of professionalism. I cannot stress enough how unsafe and traumatic this was for my child. Do not be fooled by positive reviews on her website. Her staff incentivizes good reviews in exchange for gift cards, and even then, the low ratings on Yelp and other review sites tell the real story. The contrast between these paid reviews and the many one-star experiences online is striking. Her husband AJ, who works the front desk, is equally awful. He shows no care or concern for patients and seems to only be interested in collecting money. The whole experience felt transactional and uncaring. Pediatric dentistry is supposed to be gentle, professional, and safe. Dr. Joshi fails completely on all three fronts. I strongly urge parents to look elsewhere--your child's health and safety depend on it.

I had to cancel my cleaning because of a severe tendinitis flare in my shoulder and knee -- I physically couldn't drive or sit through the appointment. When I called to explain, the response was flat and unsympathetic. I was told the next available cleaning wasn't until October, with no offer of a cancellation list and no attempt to help. What makes this especially frustrating is that they call me about once a week asking if I want to come in for last‑minute openings when they have cancellations. But when I had a legitimate medical issue, suddenly there was no flexibility and no interest in accommodating a long‑time patient. After three decades with this practice, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable -- just basic courtesy. The way this was handled made it clear that loyalty doesn't count for much here anymore. At this point, I'm planning to find a different dentist for myself, my kids, and anyone else I care about. I still believe they could have handled this with more understanding, but they chose not to, and that's what ultimately pushed me to move on.

However, since the North American Dental Group has been involved, the scheduling and check in procedures have become bureaucratic and unnecessarily onerous. I find it particularly objectionable that all the calls are routed through the call center. When I call the dentist's office about my individual care, I expect to talk to someone who can actually answer my questions. This has led to a situation where I have been unable to schedule a 6 month routine dental exam. Instead, I could only schedule an appointment for 8 months out and be on a waiting list for an earlier appointment should someone else cancel. This is unacceptable!
