Dr. Caputo was able to see me this morning at 8:00. He was able to save the tooth and put on a temporary crown. Permant crown will be put on next week. I only mention this little experience because sometimes my friends are looking for a dentist for whatever reason. I highly recommend Dr. Caputo. He and his staff are so kind, friendly and professional. He believes that he should try to do anything to save the tooth, rather than pull it. He's a good guy. Give him a try. The past two years has been good but this review is around general check up and cleaning as I am pretty diligent with my teeth. I have seen Dr. Rao both times and she has been good and has taken the time to answer any questions. I see they provide restorative, corrective, implants, oral surgery and emergency services. Most dentists will refer you to an oral surgeon so that's a plus. Location is just off the Pewaukee Beach. They use one tech that I haven't had before which is a very pin point high pressure water for cleaning. Scheduling was easy as a new patient. I called for an opening, they sent me paper work to fill out prior and I was able to get in within 5 weeks. Each time for my appointment I arrive and taken back within a few minutes of my appointment. Very little waiting. I have not had any issues with billing and processing through insurance. I'd recommend ForwardDental and Dr. Rao.
