I just went today and got a few fillings done and normally this would have been a very stress inducing situation for me but they made me feel very comfortable and walked me through everything they were doing. I called 9am 7/2/2024 and the same whispering receptionist is blaming me for rescheduling!!! Apparently since I didn't answer their call while with my Doctor and didn't confirm my appointment they canceled my appointment!! THAT IS CRAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I just made the appointment, ofcourse I plan to be at my appointment! I could walk in and make an appointment in 5 days but now that the rude whispering receptionist who enjoyed canceling my appointment states I can't get rescheduled for 8 months!!! No appointments until 1/4/2025 atleast!!! THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! When I made appointment this confirming appointment the day before was not mentioned at all or I would have called before my Doctor's appointment! This is so rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! For mediocre care Sussex Family Dental is not worth your time and dental care. Dr. Caputo was able to see me this morning at 8:00. He was able to save the tooth and put on a temporary crown. Permant crown will be put on next week. I only mention this little experience because sometimes my friends are looking for a dentist for whatever reason. I highly recommend Dr. Caputo.
