The doctor is also incredibly sweet and always makes us feel comfortable. One of the biggest reasons we chose Hann Orthodontist was because they were willing to work with us on a payment plan. We didn't have to come up with a ridiculous amount of money upfront just to get her treatment started, which made a huge difference for us. The only thing I will mention is that emergency appointments can sometimes be difficult to get, but I will say that the staff always does their best to accommodate us and get her in as soon as they can. We walked in and were instantly greeted by the sweet and smiling receptionist. I really liked the green color scheme it gives a calm and warm feeling & the air smells so nice and fresh. We checked in, my 4 year old son proceeded to play in the play area and they had play boxes, magnetic toys which he loves! They also had the office decorated for Halloween and it was so cute. We waited about 10 mins, we were called to the back and the dental assistant asked a few questions, asked if my son liked Bluey and she put on Bluey for him ( they have a tv on the wall and one on the ceiling) he hopped in the chair and we waited for Dr. Anwar. About 10ish minutes later Dr walks in, introduces himself to my son and I and asked about any concerns and then started explaining how things would go. My son was very calm with the Dr and did very well. I nervously stepped into the office to get a tooth extracted and a bone graft completed. EVERY staff member I encountered was A+++ quality! That actually started before I even entered, with the front desk staff providing appointment reminders as well as responding to all my questions and concerns (I am "extra," and they were so patient!!). Every staff member patiently responded to questions and made me as comfortable as possible throughout the process. They were kind, and showed me respect and gentleness throughout this process... I'm talking about the front office staff, hygienists who had nothing to do with my extraction that day, the attending surgical hygienist, and my amazing dentist! Literally all the staff that I interacted with went "the extra mile" for me, and the procedure went as smoothly as humanly possible! I'm indebted in gratitude to this office/practice. The care I receive here far outweighs any expense I incur in the process. I don't trust my teeth or gums with anyone else!! This office is simply amazing. They are professional, dedicated, and the teamwork/camaraderie is evident at every level. I see my same amazing hygienist every cleaning visit, and she KNOWS me, she knows my family, and she cares about my dental health. She is also a great teacher and resource on teeth! I've recently moved to Brentwood and faced the challenge of finding a new dentist, which was…read moredifficult because I absolutely loved my old dentist in Sacramento! I came to Brentwood Family Dental because they have evening hours, which is very convenient for working professionals. So far I have had x-rays, a cleaning, and two separate filling appointments (each appointment was for multiple fillings in a a different side of the mouth). The decor here is incredible and perplexing - the carpet has a textured swirl pattern and the glass doors/walls use varying levels of thickness to create a design. I could spend hours touching the floor or the walls, getting lost in the patterns. I felt almost sad that my appointments are always on time because I don't have enough time to fully appreciate the aesthetics! But it's probably a good thing for everyone else that this place sticks to their schedules so well. Everyone who works here is super friendly. Reception was making my sides burst telling me all these different dentist-related jokes and it was honestly such a good introduction into the office. The dental technicians / hygienists asked questions about me and made sure I was well-informed as well as comfortable during all of the procedures. The dentist had me fill out a survey about my anxiety / fear level towards dental work and the first thing they did was talk through any concerns I might have and try to alleviate any consternation by giving me some reassurance. I have a double bite (my jaw has a natural defect where it can hinge forward or backwards depending on how I bite down) so one of the fillings they did was hitting incorrectly after the anesthesia wore off. It was very painful for a couple weeks, but they had me come back two times to bite down on the carbon contact paper and readjust the filling by grinding it down. They did not charge me extra and they were very concerned with making sure I had a good result that was comfortable. I was definitely frustrated by the pain, but I appreciated their level of effort in making sure it was resolved properly. They were able to fix that issue quickly, which was great because I was going out of town for my wedding and I absolutely didn't want to have jaw/tooth pain for that! Overall I've been very satisfied and will be coming back for future cleanings and dental work.
