I would normally give this place a 5 star review, however things have changed, like they always do…read morein time. All new faces. Both my children came here and have beautiful teeth. I've actually been a patient myself here and they've always taken care of me. But this time when the lingual wire behind my bottom teeth had broke and was tearing up my tongue ( talk about pain!) over the course of a few days and seeing their office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I promptly called Monday morning and left a message ( which I had to recall them because they never got back to me ) then to my dismay after explaining what I thought to be a rather sudden emergency, I was told they couldn't fit me in for another 10 DAYS !!! I was out of my mind crazy, especially since I've spent 12 years going there (4 years for each child and myself) and I know they usually have a morning window for emergencies. The woman who I was talking to made me feel like she was DOING ME A FAVOR by giving me an appointment 10 days from now. Made me feel like it wasn't an emergency, well, I beg to differ on that. Because it wasn't tearing up HER tongue. Finally after having to raise my blood pressure on this call, she was going to have to get back to me because she has to "move patients around". She did call me back about two hours later and was able to get me in the next morning. Egad!!! I guess if things like these change so does my rating. Hence 3 stars.

The staff was super friendly. My wait was minimal. Did a great job telling me what to expect, and it was an overall good experience. If you're looking for a dentist in the area, I recommend them. ========================================= I was seen by Dr Brent Popovich and his team, and they were great. I ended up here because I had to have a root canal about a week before moving to New York. (I know, right?) My dentist in Florida provided the root canal, but because of the time involved in getting a crown, I was going to have to do that when I got to New York. Even though this place had no reviews on Yelp, it did have great reviews on other rating websites, so I decided to give them a try. From the beginning, this was a very good experience. I called to schedule an appointment, the phone was picked up immediately, and the person on the other end was polite and friendly. They took my information, and were able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my planned arrival in New York. They had the availability to schedule me on a day that would be most convenient for my schedule despite the short notice. From the outside, it looks like a pretty small place but very well kept. There's plenty of parking. Inside, the lobby is open and bright. I showed up about 15 minutes early to my appointment, and was greeted right away. They knew who I was without telling them, and I was taken back almost immediately. The wait in the suite was short, the dental hygienist was friendly and professional. Dr Brent was in shortly after, and they got right to work. For this visit, I just had a permanent filling to replace the temporary one from the root canal. They will be getting authorization from insurance to proceed with the root canal, which will happen over the next couple of weeks. I will update my review as appropriate, but so far it's been a great experience.
