I've had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice…read more During a recent cleaning, a temporary hygienist forcefully removed filling material from my front teeth. When I contacted the office, I was given an appointment with a dentist who repaired the damaged areas. She explained that the practice uses temporary hygienists on Saturdays and that the incident involving this hygienist had already been reported. After the repair appointment, I developed painful chemical burns inside my mouth, including on my tongue and lower lip. I returned to see Dr. Wang, who advised me to rinse my mouth with salt water and said he would make a note not to use the same chemical on me again. Shortly afterward, my repaired front teeth began hurting again. The pain was mild but constant and bothersome. When I returned to the office, I clearly explained to Dr. Wang that I was experiencing ongoing pain, not occasional sensitivity. However, he attributed it to gum recession and recommended a prescription product for sensitivity. I explained twice that my concern was persistent pain. Dr. Wang took photographs that appeared to show areas where some of the repaired material had broken off, which seemed to explain the pain. Despite this, I did not feel that he listened to my concerns or fully addressed the damage that occurred after the cleaning. He quickly treated only one of the affected teeth and then left abruptly, saying, "Nice seeing you," in a manner that felt dismissive. All I wanted was to have my front teeth properly repaired and my concerns taken seriously. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-up. My previous dentist's office routinely called to check on me after treatments, but this practice has never followed up, even after these complications.

The office is clean with two bathrooms, TV in each room, magazines and 6 seats in the waiting room, coffee/water bar, and a small parking lot. Dr. Ivo is so honest, kind, and knowledgeable - he loves to compliment the kids, interact with them with a huge smile, communicate clear steps to them, and more! He takes his work seriously and gives clear instructions to staff to ensure a successful process. Other dental offices are interested in making more money through unneeded services, manipulate patients, have lack of intelligent staff, or have lack of emotional intelligence/communicative skills from both staff and dentists. We are so fortunate for Dr. Ivo and grateful to have found an honest and amazing dentist!

Dear Dr. Eidbo and Team,…read more I would not be able to sleep tonight without expressing my sincere gratitude to you and your wonderful assistant. Today, I came to your office for a tooth implant. Earlier this week, I spoke with a friend who had a tooth implant done by another dentist, and she told me it was extremely painful and that she could not do anything afterward. Naturally, I was very nervous and scared. I arrived at your office around 3:00 PM. I honestly do not remember much before the procedure because I felt both excited and anxious from what I had heard. Your assistant gently numbed the area, and then you administered three injections to my gum. I did not feel pain at all honestly, even a vaccine shot in the arm feels worse. Once I was numb, you performed the procedure. Of course, I felt some sensation, but on a scale of 1 to 10, the discomfort was only about a 4 or less. This was truly an amazing experience for a tooth implant. After everything was finished, I was still numb, but I could talk. I even told you, "Please take care of me for another 40 years. I don't want to find another dentist for the rest of my life." I also want to mention your assistant. Her calm presence, beautiful skin, genuine smile, and positive energy completely changed the situation and turned what could have been a stressful day into one of the best days, as if nothing difficult had happened at all. As I walked out, every staff member was so kind, saying goodbye and waving to me. That meant a lot. Thank you again to you, your assistant, and the entire friendly team. I look forward to seeing you next week for my follow-up, but I already know I will be just fine because I was in such great hands today

And also realized how much smoother the teeth cleaning experience could be. Each time I've visited, the staff are professional, kind, and welcoming. I've been wary of predatory practices after hearing about peers' bad experiences with dentists-- fortunately, you definitely don't have to worry about that here. Dr. Jabbour and staff show genuine care towards patient wellbeing and patiently break down any treatments or recommendations if you have questions.
