I got a second opinion - The new dentist told me I need it pulled as well, but he found that the root canal was done poorly - He found a ton of sealer outside of the tooth, which he had never seen before and left him puzzled - He also found that the infection was eating at my tooth root (neither of these were mentioned by my dentist who did the procedure) - My new dentist also told I should have been sent to a specialist for the fix, and that he doesn't think they used the proper machinery to do the fix. - On top of all this, when I got the original canal done, they messed up the procedure and the bleach like cleaner they used got to the back of my throat and I had 2 large canker sores for 3+ weeks, and all they did was say "wow how did that happen". Not apologetic at all. All I did was ask them to compensate me for my root canal as I missed many days of work, spent $800 to have the tooth pulled and will need to spend another 2 grand and more time off work when I get the implant out in. They were willing to offer nothing for my troubles, or trauma. On top of this, I was also originally overcharged when they INCREASED the price while I was on the operating table. Weeks later they tell me "oops sorry we were right the first time" and they gave me the option for a "credit", I ended up getting refunded the amount to my card but what kind of scam are they running that they hope people are not going to want to their card but to get a credit for future services. They hide behind fake smiles and hope patients will just get over issues. I was told "root canals aren't guaranteed to work and they find they do not owe me compensation". DO NOT GO HERE.

I paid a large deposit upfront because I wanted a one-time visit to get everything done and reduce stress. Instead, it's been nothing but problems. First appointment: I arrived as instructed and waited over two extra hours past my scheduled time. I went to the front desk multiple times asking for updates, and each time staff would go into the back and come back with nothing. Eventually, the anesthesiologist himself had to come out and told me not to worry, to leave and drive around for another hour, and to not eat or drink. That was ridiculous. I walked out. While driving home, I spoke with Nicole, who verbally promised there would be zero issues going forward. We agreed I would be the first patient on the 18th, that I would arrive five minutes early, and that if I wasn't taken back within ten minutes, I would walk out. Second appointment: I showed up on the 18th expecting to move forward as agreed, only to be told my appointment had been automatically rescheduled to December 23rd without my knowledge. Nicole did call, but from a different number than the office, which my phone flagged as spam. The new date is the day before Christmas Eve, which I'm not available for and forced me to cancel plans. So much for "zero issues." At this point, I still haven't received treatment, and this will be my third time walking into this office. I'm only continuing because I'll lose my deposit if I don't. What was supposed to ease my dental anxiety has made it ten times worse due to constant delays, poor communication, and random scheduling changes. The dental assistant, Jasleen, was extremely rude and rushed through my daughter's cleaning in less than 2 minutes. When the doctor, Dr. Gangaji, came in and pointed out food particles still on her teeth--Jasleen half-heartedly claimed she "tried."It was clear she didn't put in any real effort. If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child.
