Having been to many high end salons, and gotten this cut before, I expected point cutting and newer techniques. I felt like I was at Great Clips. When I left, I thought the cut looked ok. However, after a wash and style, I realized the sloppiness. Fortunately I found another Aveda salon in Rocky Mount who was able to fix it. Subtle changes but helped everything lie right.

I didn't notice at first because the curls hid the uneven cut. I asked for long layers and face framing peices.
