First thing, I had an APPOINTMENT for my boys at 11:30. I got there to check them in and she said "we'll get to you when we get to you". What's the point of making the appointment then??? Secondly, the older woman who did my oldest sons cuz asked what we wanted. I told her a fade. Short on bottom longer on top. She asked me what size... I said I don't know and apologized. She then asked my son how long he wanted his hair and he wasn't sure either and she said "we'll just start at 5 since nobody knows anything". I didn't go to school to be a hair dresser so I have no idea. She takes about 10ish minutes and she's already done with his hair. It's choppy his side burns aren't even. It looks like complete crap. Meanwhile my younger sons started before him and finished last because his hair dresser took the time on him to make it blend and look nice. I will NEVER go back there ever again. $25 each was too much for my oldest, for what he got. Please don't waste your time. I am going to Uncle Ed Barbershop from now on. read more

I asked for a trim and side framing bangs and this is what I ended up with. I also asked for my hair to be thinned out and ended up with short pieces all throughout my hair. Thankfully salon 701 club fixed this mess! read more

7/18/2021 I called to make my four-year-old son an appointment; the receptionist informed me that they were walk-in only today. Furthermore, she went on to tell me that if we came in before 4:00 pm, they would get his hair cut. Therefore, I brought my son into them for an appointment well before their 4:00 pm deadline. However, the manager told me that they were booked full due to previous appointments. Hence, she lied to me over the phone and then refused us service upon arrival. Ok, so after a last minutes cancellation and my desperate desire to get my hair done, I reluctantly wandered in here for an appointment. Everywhere else was full and I was not leaving Williston today without a haircut. Being that I was going from really long to medium I was incredibly nervous. Absolutely blown away. They got me right in, the gal (who's name I failed to get) actually listened to me, looked at every photo I showed her and checked with me every step of the way. I feel great, I feel like I look great and that's how one should feel after a hair cut. So thank you random lady for your time and your talent! There's a good chance I'll return. Especially after paying $20 for a haircut when at least anywhere else I've looked charges at least $60. read more

Although the ladies were all very nice and polite, I didn't get what I asked for, even after asking beforehand if she could foil hair and showing her the exact picture of the highlights I wanted. I expressed concern about the way she placing the foils and I told my stylist and the 2 other stylists that I was worried about my hair turning out correctly. It didn't turn out right so she put some more foils in and still didn't come out right. I am unhappy with the result and the nonchalance of the stylists. I will not be returning. I would only recommend going there if you're looking for a basic color or cut. read more

Horrible... 150$ and a 3 1/2 Hours later ...that's right 3 1/2 hours of being thier... my hair looks like I died it myself. due to the lazyness and these liers never told me it take this long.... AND my boyfriend furious due to he was supposed to catch a train and I was his ride because it is my fault for trusting them being I was in the shop as it opened at 8 am and was told 1 1/2 .. it cost me 150$, my boyfriend missed the train, the lady doing my hair lied to him and said I should have known it take 3 hours...AND...
