It's…read morea man's world up there, so the chances of you finding a women's clothing store that... a) you want to shop at b) isn't stuck in the 1980s (which was the last oil-boom) or c) isn't totally picked over ...is very slim. That being said, Maurices might not be everyone's style, but it surely doesn't fall in the above categories. I find myself only able to shop in a certain corner of the store...the less-country-hick-corner. You will usually find a helpful staff and a handful of things you want to take home...which BELIEVE ME when I say that's a huge upgrade in this town. Street-parking can be limited and the hours aren't especially liberal..but any business downtown doesn't believe in over-extending themselves for anyone...specifically customers. Because that would be crazy.
