Excellent hair cut. Only strange thing was: I walked in at 9:53, and behind me two people walked in who worked there. The lady said "we are not open until 10". I said "sorry" and walked out and sat in my truck until 10. Meanwhile. Two more people walked in and sat down. I felt offended. No apology when I walked back in at 10 when my appointment was set. I will return. It was a great hair cut. read more

I've never had an issue here. They do great work. They stay open late compared to others and it's pretty relaxed environment.

I'm so upset. I took My 10 year old in to get a trim to shape his hair because the back was getting a little crazy. He has been growing it out for over a year. I asked for the back and sides to be cleaned up and shaped and that we wanted to keep the length on top so he could still pull it up in a pony tail. The last 3 pictures are what we walked out with. Not only did she cut the length off but it a terrible Uneven cut. He's pretty upset too. They offered to have someone else look at it but he was already crying and so I said no. The stylist did comp the hair cut which I appreciate but now we have to have someone else fix it and will have to cut more off. And as we were leaving another stylist yelled at me that it would be $25, to which the one who cut Aidens hair told her she comped it that apparently upset the other girl because she asked her why and said no and then yelled at me again as I left and walked Him to the car. I hadn't had any issues when I took my other 4 boys for cuts but they got short fades. So I'm sure that's all the really train for. read more

I am beyond pissed. I have a very busy schedule and i needed a fresh fade for dinner date tonight. I was going to be late but I responsibly called the hairdresser explaining I was going to be late and they said that was fine and understood. After driving 69 miles at the speed of light and wasting gas.. she looked at me with a dumb found look and told me my shit was cancelled. Unacceptable. Really would appreciate a free haircut. Unacceptable for 2024 i want em all fired read more

Had my hair cut by Lee, a true Master Barber. He was professional and cool and helpful. Lee did a great job on my hair. The ManCave is clean, comfortable and feels like a place a man could hang out at. Looking for a place to give you a great hair cut and feel like your mom would fit in. The ManCave is it. read more

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Manager and workers are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Have never been impressed with their haircuts. Not to mention, every person who has given my boyfriend a haircut no longer work there & we're inexperienced (as the manager said) Don't waste your money or time! read more

I had an appointment booked for 5:30pm. At 5:10pm, I received a phone call saying that they would not be honoring my appointment and would have to "squeeze me in hopefully" between walk ins. What's sad is I love the work they do, but whoever I spoke with on the phone has earned you a bad review on every site I can find. And I will be going to back to Jason's barbershop until you guys straighten up your act. read more

Normally the girls there do a great Job but today for the first time I got the dude on his card it says his name is Lee. And honestly I pray there's a different barber shop in town because I now never want to go back to man cave for as long as I live and I would warn anyone going there in the future to proceed with caution. If you get who I did for a little bit Jocly you're fine she great. Lee however im not impressed with in the slightest 1/2 way through the hair cut he leaves to finish a story to the girl at the front desk, my side burns are clearly uneven, parts of the hair on my neck ain't even cut... I've never had this happen I've went to cos school so I know this isn't how their taught to do things at all (not saying I know more or anything like that at all but they do teach you when someone's paying you for your time and service you give them a professional and clean service. This is the worst hair cut I've ever had.) I feel bad writing this but, I hope no one else has to experience this. read more

I came back a few days later as instructed to see the artists designs he drew, he had not done anything, said he was busy and told me to come back later. I came back a second time and I was palmed off to another guest artist who seemed a lot more enthusiastic about working on my sleeve. We discussed my designs and I was told to come back in a few days. The artist sent through one rough sketch of a small piece of the sleeve I wanted via text, then never replied again despite many attempts to contact him. I came back to the studio once again and he was no longer there and was working back in Idaho. I spoke with the female owner of the business who told me she had no idea what happened to my folder which contained my designs I printed off to base my sleeve off of and my $100 deposit, she said she would contact the guest artist and get back to me straight away. I never heard from her so I came back in and she gave me the folder with my designs I originally brought in and when I asked about my deposit she became very hostile and rude. After arguing with the rude female who had even been told by one of her own staff member show much I had been messed around this whole time I walked out and contacted the guest artist directly. He apologized and offered to pay the $100 which was very professional of him. All I wanted was my money back so I could go else where peacefully, however I got treated rudely and aggressively by the owner and staff. Overall, I have never had such a negative experience with such a rude and unprofessional person. How this lady still has a business I have no idea. I certainly would not recommend this place to anybody and have since gone to another local tattoo place nearby and have been treated fantastically and had designs drawn up within 2 days! Never go to Bombshell tattoo studios unless you want to have your money stolen and then be insulted.

I even had to initial on the "intake form" that I saw her use new needle/ receiving tube, and afterwards that the same was disposed of in a Sharps Container. AWESOME! Bobbi made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the process every step of the way. I (not she) made a (rookie) mistake and pulled away as she was pulling the jewelry through, which compromised the position of the piercing. I feel like (as I have experienced in the past) that most would have just put the jewelry through, charged the money, and sent me on my way. Bobbi, instead, chose to inform me that it wasn't perfect and that she would need to do it again. AGAIN, AWESOME! Of course, I wasn't looking forward to getting a needle again, but her care, experienced nature, and meticulousness was very appreciated. I want that kind of piercing to be perfect, and placed as it should be (not just for the aesthetic value) and she wanted that for me as well. From one girl to another, thank you for that! I would recommend this Studio to anyone, and not just for piercing- the tattoo portfolios that I saw were of equal standing with the piercing experience. I look forward to seeing Bobbi again for jewelry changes and future piercings -as well as some tattoo touch ups, and eyebrows! I am so glad to know that there is a quality Studio here in Williston- a place where quantity is usually put before quality- the way of the Bakken! Bombshell sets the bar high for other Studios in the area- and I personally doubt that they can be matched. Thanks again, Bobbi!
