Excellent hair cut. Only strange thing was: I walked in at 9:53, and behind me two people walked in who worked there. The lady said "we are not open until 10". I said "sorry" and walked out and sat in my truck until 10. Meanwhile. Two more people walked in and sat down. I felt offended. No apology when I walked back in at 10 when my appointment was set. I've never had an issue here. They do great work. They stay open late compared to others and it's pretty relaxed environment.

I'm so upset. I took My 10 year old in to get a trim to shape his hair because the back was getting a little crazy. He has been growing it out for over a year. I asked for the back and sides to be cleaned up and shaped and that we wanted to keep the length on top so he could still pull it up in a pony tail. The last 3 pictures are what we walked out with. Not only did she cut the length off but it a terrible Uneven cut. He's pretty upset too. They offered to have someone else look at it but he was already crying and so I said no. The stylist did comp the hair cut which I appreciate but now we have to have someone else fix it and will have to cut more off. And as we were leaving another stylist yelled at me that it would be $25, to which the one who cut Aidens hair told her she comped it that apparently upset the other girl because she asked her why and said no and then yelled at me again as I left and walked Him to the car. I hadn't had any issues when I took my other 4 boys for cuts but they got short fades. So I'm sure that's all the really train for. read more

I am beyond pissed. I have a very busy schedule and i needed a fresh fade for dinner date tonight. I was going to be late but I responsibly called the hairdresser explaining I was going to be late and they said that was fine and understood. After driving 69 miles at the speed of light and wasting gas.. she looked at me with a dumb found look and told me my shit was cancelled. Unacceptable. Really would appreciate a free haircut. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Manager and workers are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Have never been impressed with their haircuts. Not to mention, every person who has given my boyfriend a haircut no longer work there & we're inexperienced (as the manager said) Don't waste your money or time! read more

I had an appointment booked for 5:30pm. At 5:10pm, I received a phone call saying that they would not be honoring my appointment and would have to "squeeze me in hopefully" between walk ins. What's sad is I love the work they do, but whoever I spoke with on the phone has earned you a bad review on every site I can find. Normally the girls there do a great Job but today for the first time I got the dude on his card it says his name is Lee. And honestly I pray there's a different barber shop in town because I now never want to go back to man cave for as long as I live and I would warn anyone going there in the future to proceed with caution. If you get who I did for a little bit Jocly you're fine she great. Lee however im not impressed with in the slightest 1/2 way through the hair cut he leaves to finish a story to the girl at the front desk, my side burns are clearly uneven, parts of the hair on my neck ain't even cut... I've never had this happen I've went to cos school so I know this isn't how their taught to do things at all (not saying I know more or anything like that at all but they do teach you when someone's paying you for your time and service you give them a professional and clean service.
