Emily makes you feel right at home. I can always count on her to make my hair perfection every time. I get color faithfully and have yet to be disappointed. I have been having Emily do my eyelash extensions for a long time. I wouldn't be caught without them now. The back room we where her lash room is, is so comfortable and clean. She has a pillow to put behind my legs and a throw blanket when I feel chilly. It is so relaxing i could sleep through my appointment. Just what you need after a busy day at work. I leave feeling beautiful every time. While you are in the shampoo bowl, I have her wax my eyebrows. No more plucking! I recommend scheduling out your appointments for the year if possible. Her schedule fills up fast. I want to know I have the date and time I want, especially during the holidays. Easy access and ample parking. Kind of off the beaten path, bu it's worth it! However, I just feel that not all but some of the employees act snooty like they have to act upper class in order to sell make up. I hesitated to post this, but every time I go in, I find that there are some down to earth, helpful people, and subsequently, there are others who seem short with me and just have a feeling that they're better than me or anyone else and trying to rush me when I have a question. I don't know if there are any classes you can give them, but we actually had to go to these type of classes while in the Medical field . It really makes a difference in how you respond to customers . And then again, there are such wide varieties of personalities nowadays but maybe that is their natural personality. it's just that I think they could do a little bit better on their customer service areas. Other than that, this is a great location, a very clean store with a lot of various products of which one can indulge.
