Which is very surprising seeing the last pedicure I had to leave because Michele was on FaceTime while she was giving me a pedicure and took a chunk out of the bottom of my big toe. With a cheese grater. So the pedicure was never finished. So I made an appointment with Andy to have my fill and a pedicure for today before we leave on vacation tomorrow, but what really upset me was the fact that they couldn't take me for a pedicure, but he was scheduling a woman for later in the day for a pedicure and didn't even offer for me to come later Will not go back and will not recommend my friends to go there or anyone to go there. It's like they treat you great for the first few months and then the longer you go there the worse you're treated.

When I went to the register to pay, I asked to speak to the manager bc I got charged for the dip powder and the gel he put on. I explained the situation & all he had to say was I should've spoke up about not liking my nails earlier. I did and once I told him that, a lady that was sitting next to me told him I did tell the guy but he told me to wait. The manager didn't have anything to say back & said there was nothing he could do. I was so flustered and annoyed. I never speak up at the nail salon & these people made a scene. It was so awkward. The guy who did my nails was so rude. He stormed off as soon as he was done and left everyone else to handle the situation. I can describe a design I want and they will make it happen but a picture is a lot easier to understand. They are not mind readers, so be specific about what you want and expect they are going to do. That way everyone is happy and not disappointed in a miscommunication. I have been going here for 3-4 years now and have always been happy when I left. If a nail gets messed up, cracks or breaks, they will fix it for free, 3 days to a week after I've had them done. I always tip. They are knowledgeable about skin and nail health and will give you an honest opinion. They will do what you want but they will tell you what's best for that poor finger you ripped the nail off, so don't get offended when it's not what you wanted to hear. Trina has waxed my eye brows and my arm pits and always does a wonderful and thurrow job. As well as painting and shaping my toes and nails. She's even picked out colors for me, when I am unsure. I went to this salon to get my acrylic nails removed, and the experience was really disappointing…read more The person who worked on my nails didn't seem to know the proper way to remove acrylics. Instead of soaking them first to soften the acrylic, he immediately tried to cut them off, which was painful. I told him it was hurting, but he kept using the electric machine and cutting into the acrylic. Only after that did he add liquid to try to soften the nails, but by then the whole process was already very messy and uncomfortable. This is not the proper way acrylic nails should be removed. Because of this, my natural nails are now very damaged and look terrible. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the tools. They did not appear to be properly sanitized, and now I'm worried because I may have developed a fungal infection on my nails. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend coming here for nail services.
