I walked here from the car dealership and couldn't check in on the app until five after 9:00 per Great Clips policy. I immediately checked in at 9:06 and arrived at the shop at 9:10. There were already 14 people on the check in screen, two getting cuts and two more waiting. I'm not sure how that happened. This is the busiest Great Clips I've seen as walk-ins and and checks just kept coming pushing wait times over 90 minutes. Despite the volume the only two cutters kept the pace and didn't rush their cuts. I was satisfied with my cut, (not overjoyed just ok). I don't know how many people work there but I did hear another would come in at 10. They probably need more people on staff.

I finally decided to go with a full foil and she did a fantastic job answering all my questions as she worked her magic. She was also very sweet, easy to talk to, and interesting. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the pricing was more than I expected. The website said that a full foil would be $85 but because I have thick hair and it was shoulder length the price was more than twice that. I haven't had my hair foiled in a long time so the price surprised me but overall, it was a good experience and a great job.

Later in the day, I open one of the wall flower scents, put it in the plug and plugged it in. I put the extras in a plastic contain in my hutch for later. The next day, I was walking through my kitchen and saw 2 circles of bare wood on my table. My boyfriend said he saw it earlier and wiped it up and it was sticky. I realized, that's where the wallflower scents were laying. They leaked and completely removed the finish in the 2, two-inch circles! So, warning....do not let leaky wallflowers remain on your wood. I need to re-stain and poly my tabletop!
