He's phenomenal at his craft and you can tell he loves what he does. A clinical massage is more like physical therapy for a particular area that is bugging you. This can include therapy like cupping, etc. That's just an overview. He can always work his magic on my back issues and get me back to 100%. He also provides massage services as well. What a wonderful addition to the team at Lori's. Would highly recommend him!

I used to think that this was just because of Covid and there was a staffing issue but it's a…read morelittle bit out of control with this place! I called there today to see if I could get in with a preferred stylist. I was told that there were some openings but they didn't fit with my schedule. She advised that I should come in they after 4 when I was done with work and they would get me in. So I did not schedule with anyone else nor look for any other available salons in the area. I went in at about three minutes after four and was told they were done seeing customers for the remainder of the evening. I understand staffing issues which seem to be constant with this place. I can think of at least three stylist that no longer work there in the last two years. So not retaining good staff also a problem! You can't schedule an appointment online which is also problematic by itself in this day and age. Now you also apparently can't go in and make a walk in appointment when it's two hours before closing seems to be a real problem!

I've been coming to the River Falls (not) great clips for a long time, too long I guess. I have a…read morecouple of gals that have been cutting my hair and I've been happy with them so I kept going. Today I went to book online, but that system wasn't working so I just drove into the store. There was a 2-hour wait, so they said they would text me 15-mins before my time slot which I thought sounded good so I take that option and headed home. When I got no text I drove back into the shop at the 2-hour mark to find out they took my name off the list!!??? Really, why I asked - they told me I didn't respond to the text. What text, I got no text which is why I drove back. Ok, fine, so I'm here now, on time, and ready to go. The response I got was - we can add you to the list again for another two-hour wait. I walked out and it is likely the last time I go to the River Falls Great Clips unless I have some kind of hair emergency. I had to be negative but this is a run-of-the-mill average at best place they can't afford to have this poor level of service or 2-hour waits the prices. Just not good enough for that. Lower cost is all they have going for them and frankly even the prices are no longer that good.

We got there and was told 45 min, which is what the board showed. As people came in and then the list grew, they were only saying about 30 min when the board showed 55+. But, 1 hour and 45 min later they still weren't able to fit me in before I had to leave.
