I scheduled a pedicure and from the start she was short with me and felt rushed. I was ushered to the chair and no question about temp of the water, length of the nails, if I wanted something to drink, etc. The trimming felt a bit rough and I flinched a few times. The massages also were quick and no checks for my comfort. She painted my nails and as I had regular polish instead of gel, I was sitting for a few minutes to let it dry and she literally put my purse on her shoulder and ushered me to the front desk to pay. I had to wait several minutes while she stood nearby before I could pay anyway so I'm unsure what the rush was. No spray to dry my nails quicker either. Neither she nor the person at the front who took payment asked how the service was, I felt like people getting manicures seemed to be treated much more positively than me. I then left and got home and immediately two of my nails got ruined so I had to repaint them anyway. Overall, I'm disappointed and not sure if I will go back as I'm someone who goes when I want to treat myself and this was not relaxing at all. The spa is clean though...

She initially did a good job but I thought the set up was very bizarre for a high quality spa. After she was done she mentioned that I "should be good" as she put gel drops on my nails. Within 2 minutes my nails were already smudged. I mentioned to the receptionist and showed her that my nails were already smudged. It wasn't terrible but for the price that you pay nobody should walk out unhappy. One of the receptionist went and mentioned something to her and she came back to get me. She was extremely rude, wouldn't look at me. I showed her what had happened and she rolled her eyes and kept on taking deep breaths. She never apologized and made it such an inconvenience that she had to spend another 3-5 minutes fixing them. Again she sent me on my way and they were smudged when I paid to leave. Again, I said something to the receptionist and she offered to have her fix them again. I was very hesitant because she was so rude! So I said no but that she would have the manager contact me. Still waiting to hear from the manager. For a high end salon nobody should ever leave unhappy. I will never come back. What started as a good experience took away from the whole experience all together.
