Within days, my daughter experienced intense scalp pain, breakage, and noticeable hair loss. Instead of enhancing her hair, this service destroyed it. She now has uneven patches, weakened strands, and damage that will take months--if not longer--to recover from. The booked appointment was @ 1:30 for make-up and hair which I traveling from Cali to attend my nieces wedding. I confirmed two electronic incoming messages via text and email which I appreciated they had done as well. The morning of my appointment, I received a call at 8:09 AM to see if they could move my appointment time to noon as the person scheduled to do my services had called out sick. Customer hands aren't washed prior to service so the heated mits are full of germs. Everybody's dirty germy hands go in them and they keep circulating. Ick. Disgusting. Unsanitary.
