Rose and Lisa listen and communicate well about any injuries or pain. They have a wonderful knowledge base and know how to accurately address each individual. The environment is very calming, and focused on relaxing the customer though it is not your traditional "spa" feel. My favorite was their reclining chairs. Much more comfortable the traditional foot spa chair. The pricing is amazing for the service. Do not pass up a chance to visit this business.

The staff was attentive, and the massage focused on areas I mentioned, like her neck and shoulders. As someone who gets regular massages in LA, I thought it was decent but not exceptional. The pressure was lighter than I prefer, and at times, it felt more like poking than deep tissue work. For a first-time or less regular massage-goer, it's a great value. I'd likely try another place for more intense pressure but would consider returning for the standard Thai massage. Solid choice for the price!

I had an hour long Chinese message with cupping. I usually made 2-4 trips a year before parenthood and this visit is my first after a whole year of not (makes for a more honest and detailed review). Ms. Tina was my therapist and I highly recommend. The caliber of treatment is up to par with establishments charging 3 times higher in rates. I have trouble with my hip, knees and both shoulders, after my session I felt pounds lighter (muscular tenderness was almost completely absent). Her technique/experience speak for itself and I can only support with my testimony. I go to the same therapist every month, she is a pressure level 4, deepest possible. The only slightly negative thing I have to say is she is really popular and books up well over a month out now. Both the Elm Grove and West Allis facilities are clean, well maintained, and a very peaceful and relaxing environment.

I've been to quite a few places before, but this was pretty nice. Music not too loud, my therapist was not chatty (super appreciate), and it was a comfortable atmosphere. All in all, relaxing and therapeutic session. I look forward to going back! Prices seem a little high but I may look into the membership to make it more manageable.

It was weird. It felt very low budget - rooms have curtains, no doors, and my room had two beds in it, although I was the only person in there. It was not a super quiet or relaxing environment. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. The "head pillow" you normally go face down into was like a travel pillow? It all felt very low budget. They were like $10 cheaper than nearby massages, but I guess there's a reason for that.
