She also didn't tell me what jewelry she was going to install, now there is a gem into my ear. I really, really dislike the gem but I can't change it and now I'm stuck with it-I'm upset about this . I also really dislike the placement where I got the piercing, I could have advised against it but she convinced me otherwise and I kind of hate the placement and immediately regret it. They install titanium jewelry which is great but don't come here for a piercing if you value choosing what jewelry you have and professionalism. Maybe other piercers are more equip for this service but I don't recommend going here, please do research and choose somewhere else. She didn't even introduce her name to me but my piercer was female identifying with gauges. Please DO NOT get a piercing by anyone complimentary to this description PLEASE! Two days later update- I had to get this removed because it was so crooked and I was concerned about getting an infection!! Save yourself and be safe!! Also the piercing she did is absolutely horrible, it's uneven and crooked. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!!

When I called, they mentioned a $100 minimum, but I didn't confirm whether that applied to each of us individually. We were all getting the same tiny ladybug tattoo in honor of my grandma who passed away. From previous experiences at other places, I've sometimes seen the price adjusted for small, matching tattoos done in a group. That was my mistake for not clarifying, so we ended up spending $300 total. While the tattoos were done quickly and turned out well, I honestly don't think the small, simple design was worth $100 per person. The shop was clean, and the service was good, but I wouldn't recommend going here for something as small as we got.

Review for Tattoo Artist Neno…read more I'm deeply disappointed with my experience with Neno. I chose him because I admired the work showcased on his page, but what I received was far from what I expected. I went in for a cover-up of an old elephant tattoo on my hand, and asked for a flower design. Unfortunately, the original tattoo was not covered up--it's clearly visible underneath the new flower. It looks like a flower tattooed on top of an elephant, which is not what a cover-up is supposed to be. To make things worse, my skin was overworked during the session. As someone with melanin-rich skin and experience with tattoos (this is my 17th), it's obvious he didn't know how to work with darker skin tones. The end result is harsh, uneven, and just looks bad. He even messaged me right after to say he wanted to touch it up to make it "look more realistic," which now feels like he already knew it didn't look right. I've tried reaching out with questions during the healing process, and he's only responded once. It feels like now that he's been paid, he's avoiding accountability. Honestly, he should have told me upfront if this work was outside his skillset or referred me to someone more experienced with dark skin. Instead, I'm left with a tattoo I hate--and now I have to spend even more money to either fix it or start removal. This was a painful and upsetting experience, and I'm sharing this to help others avoid going through the same

Crooked, super thick jewelry (way thicker than needed for healing), rejected immediately. Then, against my better judgement I went in to get some new high nostril jewelry. The piercer refused to use a tool to put them in correctly and kept trying to jam the jewelry in causing lots of pain (they're fully healed). Then once she accepted she needed the tool, she put in the wrong size. A simple jewelry change was a nightmare and my high nostrils were irritated for a week. So unprofessional and atmosphere is not welcoming. I've gotten many piercings from different places and I promise you can find a safer option around here.
