Kitty answered and acted like I was an idiot for asking the question with her could-care-less attitude. Okay . . . I then asked if I could leave my card on file with them because my mother was being taken there by her caregiver. I was told "no" due to fraud. No problem. Understandable. I then said when making the online appointment that I chose "senior" haircut and that she wanted her hair washed also. She told me there was "no way" she could have her hair washed in that time slot. Okay . . . The caregiver arrived late with my mother and a gentleman waiting for his haircut offered his spot. So sweet of him - I wish he ran the place. I am not faulting them for this issue but was told they were very rude to my mother and her caregiver. Needless to say, we will never be back and will warn away anyone who thinks of going there. If you want nothing better than McDonalds-like drive-through service, this is your place. For anyone who wants to be treated like a human, move along.

She has been a stylist for 20 years, and she is up to date on techniques, cuts, color, treatments, etc...
