I explained I would not be rescheduling as I was attending an event that night which was the reason I had made the appointment. Kristy was about to leave for the day but she said if I could come in then she would wait for me and do the blowout. Yay! I was there in 15 minutes, showed Kristy a couple of photos of what I had in mind and she washed and styled my hair exactly the way I asked. She went above and beyond by doing my blowout on her personal time. I received many compliments on my hair that night.
