She is so easy to talk to as well as very diligent. She took me in last minute and did such a good job- what I wanted was more time consuming- and she was so great. I did not feel rushed AT ALL. I showed her some reference photos and she blew me away. I am blonde, so I can be pretty picky with tones and everything, and Erin did an amazing job! I will 100% be returning. Also- when I get my haircut, my hairdresser usually cuts off more than I want. Erin did just what I wanted and I walked out with such confidence. 5 stars for sure!

Ruined my hair, and refused to fix it!…read more Had my hair bleached as a "balayage", when I pointed out the color was basically orange and not at all what I wanted she "fixed" it in a second session, didn't lighten it and fix the color just added toner to make it even more orange and left blotches of hair in speared not blended. I have very dark brown hair and it made my head look like Halloween. Talked to the manager and she said they can't help me make it look any better. Paid $150 total for my hair to be ruined for about a year. I'm still going to another salon now almost a year later to have it covered as my hair grows very slowly.

Erika, greeted me and was super nice and social. I am super easy with my hair, I basically told her I want a mullet and the top a little shorter.
