I had a french gel pedicure, a little rough and the leg massage was just ok. It's busy so the noise level was to be expected. My mom had her skin cut, which can happen, but she's 85 and bleeds easily and it wasn't acknowledged. My niece has in grown nails, they cleaned up the growth nicely and she had sunflowers to the nails and loved it. (Forgot to take her photo).

They had a young girl, there that belonged to one of the staff members, that was role-playing that she was going to do my pedicure, and came up and move the tray next to the seat, and smashed my finger, didn't even receive an apology from an adult. Was here visiting family, I told her my feet were bad to start with, from gardening, even though it had only been about three weeks since my last pedicure. She kept showing them to me as she filed my callouses like she was disgusted with me. They kept talking amongst themselves in their language, which I feel is rude and excluded. I feel as though, even though she kept looking up and smiling at me, I was expected to think that was enough to make me think she was being polite. I paid for the most expensive pedicure, and then when she went to Paint them, she didn't even want to start with a base coat. She acted like she didn't understand anything I said, I also couldn't understand the very little that she said. I digress, I could go on. When she was done, she pronounced, thank you as she abruptly stood up and walked off. Never have I had a less relaxing pedicure. I will give her this, my feet look good, and she massaged my feet and legs so much that she was Jostling me and the chair. Whew, I glad when it was over.

TLDR: Bad nail design and color experience. Everything else in our mani/pedi was good, great, or…read morereally great. My visit was 90% great and 10% very disappointing. My sister-in-law took me here for some pampering girls time, and she got us the most upscale mani-pedi for the kind of nails we wanted (shellac for me, dipped with design for her). Everything about the pedicure was relaxing, soothing, and enjoyable. We each got simple gels on our toes, and we're very happy with how they looked and felt. The manicure part was good/great for the hand treatment, main color, and part of the design I showed them. When it came to the little orange maple leaf I wanted on each nail, though, he looked at the picture and said he could do it... and it went rapidly downhill from there. He started with the orange, which I had chosen and loved. Partway through my first nail, he said the color wasn't dark enough and switched to a red. My sister-in-law said not to worry because he would use multiple colors, like in the inspiration photo I showed him. He spent the next several coats (all with the same red color) painting a large 6-pointed star shape that was the wrong shape for a maple leaf and looked more like 3 overlapping sticks than an actual leaf. Trusting that he would finish by filling in the actual maple leaf shape in orange at the end, we stuck it out. Then someone else came over -- twice-- and started to apply a top coat. We kept telling them that the design wasn't done and tried (admittedly through a language barrier) to explain that the leaf shape needed to be fuller. The man came back over and said, "I can't do it like in [the] picture." (I wish he had told us this earlier, as I would have been a little bummed but still quite content with the brown and silver before the red was emblazoned across them.) We were so relieved when the man came back and started trying to fix the shape, however, that we didn't even think about the fact he was still using red. He never did go back to using the color I had told and showed him multiple times I wanted! So... it's the middle of October, and I have nail art that looks more like Christmas poinsettias than fall leaves. I have ordered my own polish and nail decals online to paint over it all myself because, honestly, it pretty much looks like I painted them myself anyway... and it will at least have the right colors if I do it myself. Also, the ends of my nails are almost all rough on the edges, and I'll be able to smooth them myself when I fix it. My sister-in-law's nails (done by someone else) came out looking pretty close to her inspiration picture, and everyone was pleasant other than the above mentioned interaction. So I would definitely recommend going here if you're not getting any particular kind of detail done on your nails. If you want a professionally finished design, however, I'd definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Ruined my hair, and refused to fix it!…read more Had my hair bleached as a "balayage", when I pointed out the color was basically orange and not at all what I wanted she "fixed" it in a second session, didn't lighten it and fix the color just added toner to make it even more orange and left blotches of hair in speared not blended. I have very dark brown hair and it made my head look like Halloween. Talked to the manager and she said they can't help me make it look any better. Paid $150 total for my hair to be ruined for about a year. I'm still going to another salon now almost a year later to have it covered as my hair grows very slowly.
