I have very dark brown hair and it made my head look like Halloween. Talked to the manager and she said they can't help me make it look any better. Paid $150 total for my hair to be ruined for about a year. I'm still going to another salon now almost a year later to have it covered as my hair grows very slowly.

She is so easy to talk to as well as very diligent. She took me in last minute and did such a good job- what I wanted was more time consuming- and she was so great. I did not feel rushed AT ALL. I showed her some reference photos and she blew me away. I am blonde, so I can be pretty picky with tones and everything, and Erin did an amazing job! I will 100% be returning.
