I thought you'd actually be able to see them. When she was done she kept telling me "you'll see it more when you go outside." I also got a haircut. Nothing fancy or different, literally just a trim. I paid $165 for this. My friends said "I wouldn't have left until she fixed it." Honestly I was scared she'd mess it up more. It's been a little over a week and you can't see the color.

I had bleached out my own hair during Covid because I couldn't take my roots anymore, my problem was, it was waaayyy too blonde and I missed my "Jennifer Aniston" look. My hair was pretty damaged and porous... and Jaide was able to maintain a dirty blonde look keeping my roots dark in a single process it was amazing! Thank you so much!! But just a couple months ago she moved away so that meant we had to find a new salon. BIG MISTAKE. We went to this Master Cuts with new people cutting our hair and I hated my outcome (I will have pictures) I told her I wanted her to cut off about 2 inches and that she did fine. Then I told her I wanted it the back to be straight across since my aunt did a U shape on my other hair cuts. She BOTCHED THE BACK. I did not notice at first because she did not let me see the back and I didn't have my glasses on to see. I also have bangs that needed cut so I asked her to cut them. They are soooo JAGGED!!! I am FURIOUS!!! My dad got a beard trim and was JUST AS PISSED. We walked out and my dad said "Your hair got botched for $60. I went to platform for the first time a few days ago. I've been looking for a new hair salon…read morebecause I am new to town and I LOVE platform. Specifically, Erin. She is so easy to talk to as well as very diligent. She took me in last minute and did such a good job- what I wanted was more time consuming- and she was so great. I did not feel rushed AT ALL. I showed her some reference photos and she blew me away. I am blonde, so I can be pretty picky with tones and everything, and Erin did an amazing job! I will 100% be returning. Also- when I get my haircut, my hairdresser usually cuts off more than I want. Erin did just what I wanted and I walked out with such confidence. 5 stars for sure!
